We have a good knowledge of shipping routes and choose the convenient shipping path which makes the delivery faster. Considering the far shipping, We offer 6 shipping ways:DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS and Air Mail.

Before your order is shipped, We have to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone. 

Total Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Processing Time 

It takes about several working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, The fatest delivery time is 7 days. the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,Airmail) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.

We offer Free Shipping. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming your goods are on their way, which will also include a tracking link. Please leave us your correct address and valid phone number! Any loss caused by the incorrect Recipient Address or contact number is on the customers.

Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will call you. If you are unavailable we will send you an email telling you what action we are taking. Some of our delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying. 

The Purchaser must send a original right to cancel their order and receive a full refund, including order delivery cost, on any mail order purchase with the exception of Special Orders. To cancel, the Purchaser must send the original or copy invoice along with full writing reasons for the return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the company within 60 days of the Purchaser received the stated Goods, within 14 days for any discounted, pre-owned goods or sale Goods.

The return of Goods will be permitted in limited circumstances and only if the Goods are received in their original packaging, complete with all labeling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation and all un-damaged.

Goods must be returned to the company in a condition, which would be acceptable to our supplier for return. In addition, the supplier has to give a full refund and report to the company before any refund can be offered to the purchaser.

Special Orders, i.e. products not only stocked by the Company may only be returned if goods are faulty or were provided incorrectly.

To submit a return request through this website, please log in to your account, go to 'Completed Orders', click on 'Return Items' next to the relevant order, complete the form and click on 'Submit Return Request'. contact us by phone or email with your order number, what you would like to return and why you wish to return it

You will then receive an email with your Return Request ID plus instructions on how to return the items to us.

We will agree with you to either refund, replace or exchange the item subject to availability.

Please post the return items back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return request. We recommend you using a recorded or track and trace postal method that provides pay value posted

On receipt of the package, we will determine any the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy.

Once we have received you returned goods we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 7 days

Refunds will be paid back using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. It can take a few additional working days for the banking and credit card system to credit the funds back onto your credit card or bank account once we have processed you refund.

If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation of the reasons for its return.
